Oxjam Sowerby Bridge Festival is a volunteer run free festival celebrating Music, Art and Community. Venues across the town are playing host to a massive amount of artists, all performing to help raise money for Oxfam.
We want to introduce you to our passion for music, dance and the arts. Have a go at some of the activities, join in with one of the workshops, there's fun for all the family. With any luck you’ll find some new interests, maybe even become a future performer! There's plenty to choose from so there’s a good chance we’ll find something for you!
Sowerby Bridge is a great town with a rich community spirit. An idyllic location with so many great venues all within short walking distance of each other. Easy to get to, both Bus and Train will drop you directly into the middle of the festival! You won’t have to go very far to find something for you. It’s all within easy walking distance and there’s an entire day to enjoy it in!
The festival is part of the national Oxjam Music Festival, the nations largest grassroots music festival. Don't worry about a ticket, just turn up and have a great time! But if you happen to have some spare change along the way it'd be great if you could support our cause!
